A beautiful homeware brand that we like to say is full of “boutique finds at high street prices” We have been supporting Refined Home for just 2 months on Google ads and social ads and are loving the results so far.
Mango&Wild came on board to support Refined Home with all things paid advertising. They had been running ads before us but did not feel like they were getting the results they wanted.
So we delved in, audited the current ads and built out new strategies across social ads and Google with also a new creative direction. On auditing the past ads our core focus was to change the social ads, as this was the biggest decrease with a ROAS of only 0.50 vs the 3 ROAS they wanted.
Upon this when we dived into the ads not only was the set-up wrong but the audience was also. So with new creatives and a change in strategy, where we broadened the audience to find new customers as well as returning customers.
And just after 4 weeks, our results had already gone up to an average of 3.11 with set campaigns as high as 4! This is just the start of this client’s results as we continue to refine and test many things like creatives and content before continuing to optimise the ads and push the boundaries on results.
“I’ve only been working with Amy for a couple of months, but she’s already having a big impact on my business especially considering she started at a tricky time of year, heading into peak. Amy ran a full audit of all the existing paid activity across Google and Meta, identifying a number of quick wins that immediately started to improve ROAS and bring down CAC. She has also introduced a number of new campaigns as well as a lot of fresh new creative, all of which have helped continue to improve results. We’re shortly going to be starting work on SEO as well and I am confident this will also deliver strong results. Amy is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has lots of experience with different types of businesses. She couples this with a friendly straight talking approach that is perfect for how I like to work and I’m looking forward to building a long and successful partnership with Amy.”
